Templeton's, voted Eat Out Top 20 restaurant in 2008, is housed in an historical monument dated 1855 in the village of Montagu. Chef and proprietor, Stephen Templeton, previously exec chef from Mount Nelson Hotel. showcases some of the best local products in a relax and cosy atmospheer. In the summer you can enjoy your meal outside in the courtyard that is shaded by two 10-year old pear trees or in the cosy restaurant in front of the fire. Our wine list will satisfy even the most ardent wine lover with wines from the local Robertson valley and from other Cape wine regions.
Templeton's also offers a wine bar which is the perfect place to have an pre-dinner drink or to sample some of the best local port and brandy's.
