BOUILLABAISSE MAKING WAVES IN CAPE TOWN
Bouillabaisse - an established concept for many locals in Franschhoek and a destination for many international tourists launched in Cape Town on 1 January 2009. "Together with our fantastic team at Bouillabaisse Franschhoek, we have been able to pave the way for even bigger challenges," says Camil Haas, masterchef gone large and, together with wife Ingrid, owner of the Bouillabaisse and Crépe Suzette brands. "We're deeply grateful to our staff for making this possible."
Bouillabaisse was never meant to be an ordinary restaurant. It is an experience that encourages you to mix and match new tastes and unveil new palates, in a setting that breathes trendy sophistication and the highest culinary standards. Our menu is not structured around the traditional categories (starters, mains and desserts) but is instead an open invitation to order randomly from any of the menu selections, including snacks, tasters, larger and signature dishes. Choose several items to enjoy and share with your fellow diners or order each dish separately, as you leisurely proceed with your culinary exploration. All the dishes are freshly prepared in an open kitchen - you literally sit up, close and personal with the chefs, while flaming pans, frying shells and boiling pots mingle with your table conversation.
