The new look Pavilion Restaurant is glamorous, edgy and encompasses the beautiful views over Walker Bay. The classic black and white checkerboard glossy tiled floor is pure opulence and sparkles at night, reflecting the lights and candle light.
The view of the sea is exceptional and adds another dimension to the dining experience. During the months of June to December diners can view the whales from their table.
Created by Peter Tempelhoff, Executive Chef for The Collection by Liz McGrath and Loran Livesey, Chef de Cuisine for The Pavilion, the new progressive South African menu with French flavours compliments this new look restaurant completely.
The Tasting Menu is a definite must.
The Pavilion is open for dinner five nights a week Tuesday through to Saturday and open every morning for breakfast.
The magnificent wall and ceiling lamps in this elegant restaurant are the originals which once graced the Bathing Pavilion at Muizenberg.
