Sevruga is an elegant and refined dining experience with a view. Situated on the waters edge at the V&A Waterfront's working harbour, the restaurant offers a vibrant and interesting location to enjoy your meal. The menu is extensive with options ranging from world class sushi and fresh local seafood to traditional South African steaks and venison.

Sevruga has a large and varied wine list that includes everything from individually chosen private vintages, to popular South African favorites. We specialize in wine and food pairing, and have a variety that will suit any taste.

Special care was taken when designing the restaurant, to ensure not just a beautiful interior, but also a comfortable one. As a result, the restaurant is characterized by warm America Walnut sheathed walls, lush upholstered chairs and a warm glow from our 'wall of wine'.
