The opening of The Venue, an up-market Lounge and Bar, completes the entertainment offering in the trendy De Waterkant area in the Mother City of Cape Town. For a while a facility of this kind was absent where friends could meet in a relaxed environment for pre and post clubbing and dancing, or simply to have a relaxed evening in a comfortable and friendly lounge/bar.
As always, The Venue boasts the most spectacular view of Table Mountain through their Loft-Style windows including the evening sky-scape of the City Centre. The interiors, designed around natural tones and oranges, creates a plush, yet comfortable ambience ensuring guests of all ages feel totally at ease and welcome.
The bottom floor offers a huge 5-sided bar to ensure easy and speedy service with seating areas of plush sofas and soft lighting. Upstairs you will find a similar environment with more sofa seating areas and a number of Café type tables with Italian leather chairs.
The double volume venue offers the flexibility of smaller private & corporate functions on the top floor without affecting the normal evening trade. Both levels can however be used for the larger events and functions.
The Venue is ideally suited for;

- Private functions including birthday parties and weddings,
- Corporate functions such as Product Launches and corporate events of all sorts,
