Dating back to 1853, Schoone Oordt is a voluptuous, meticulously restored Victorian homestead presiding over 5,000m2 of lush grounds in the quaint farming town of Swellendam. Luxury Suites (6)
All Luxury Suites have hand-made linen, goose down bedding, pure wool carpets, open hearths, tea/coffee and mini-bars in the stylish bedrooms. Large bathrooms are well appointed, with underfloor heating, heated towel rails, slippers, monogrammed gowns, Victorian baths and oversize showers. Whilst the Suites retain the Victorian feel of the main house, they are uncluttered and exude luxurious style and elegance.

Honeymoon Suite (1)
The Honeymoon Suite is completely secluded and tucked away on the edge of a small lush forest with the Koornlands River gurgling by. Whilst it has all the delights of the Luxury Suites; hand-made linen, goose down bedding, pure wool carpet and open hearth, it is unashamedly romantic with it's exquisitely carved four-poster bed, decadently large bathroom with underfloor heating, heated towel rail, 1.8m Victorian bath, separate toilet, gowns, slippers and private patio.
