Brighton Lodge was one of the first Guest Houses styled along the lines of a Boutique Hotel to open in Port Elizabeth 11 (eleven) years ago. Within five kilometres of the Friendly City centre and just minutes away from the airport and all major shopping centres, Brighton Lodge offers the discerning traveller an elegant mix of a Grecian, Colonial and Victorian era with all the modern facilities you've come to expect. Brighton Lodge has 11 self-contained suites, all different in character, each with a coherent decorative theme. Their names give them away. Victorian, Roman (with some Grecian elements), Old Cape, Cottage, Mauritian, La Rochelle (French provincial), Animalia (the veld and its game), Out of Africa, Classic Country, Nautical and Settlers. Most are graced by genuine and rather lovely antique pieces of one sort or another.
