The lock-up garage has automatic doors and direct access into the house. The house is fully serviced on a daily basis for guests' convenience.

Maximillian's is situated in a security estate and offers the latest in lifestyle living. Welgevonden Estate is located on the northern fringe of Stellenbosch, in amongst a number of wine farms with the Simonsberg mountain range as its backdrop.
The estate offers park-like open spaces and calming water features. The estate is situated on the R44, 3 km from Stellenbosch from where you have easy access to all the major attractions in the area.

Apart from all the wine estates of Stellenbosch, Paarl, and Franschhoek, Welgevonden is a mere 30 minutes from Cape Town and the V&A Waterfront, 30 minutes from Cape Town International Airport, and five minutes from the nearest Championship golf courses and restaurants.

Maximillian's offers perfect accommodation for business executives and families on holiday. Special care has been taken in the layout and decor to create an African feel with top quality and comfortable furnishings. One of the big draw-cards to the region is of course the large amount of fantastic wine estates. Guests often give themselves far too little time to do justice to the Stellenbosch Wine Route and we would suggest at least three to five days as a minimum stay in the area.
