This four bedroomed house is located in the coastal town of Sedgefield, just 150 metres from the lagoon. It is within walking distance from the most protected of Sedgefield's three main attended swimming beaches.The house is a mere 2.5 km away from the Sedgefield town centre and main shopping area. Sedgefield is halfway between Knysna and George and is a 40 km drive from the George Airport. Surrounded by the lush vegetation of the Garden Route, there are numerous world class golf courses within 40 km of Sedgefield. Sedgefield is renowned for its long, open beaches which afford long walks next to the sea and are never crowded, even at peak times. It is a quiet village with its own relaxed atmosphere and it never gets crowded or congested.
More recently, Sedgefield has become very well known for extreme sports. Training is available for aspiring kite surfers and paragliders. For the more sedate, the town offers tennis courts, more than enough scenery for cyclists and some of the most spectacular golf courses the country has to offer. From the incredible Pinnacle Point, the monster of the Links, the spectacular Pezula and up to Goose Valley, there are many more of the most incredible golf challenges the country has to offer.
