The house is within easy walking distance to Salt Rock Main Beach which is lifeguard and shark net protected. It is also an excellent surfing beach and has rock pools nearby.The home itself is situated to encompass sea views from the living area, main bedroom and two single bedrooms. The two lounges and dining room lead onto a patio with an entertainment area fully equipped with a server/bar and Weber barbecue. This patio can be enclosed or opened up onto a luscious green lawn, indigenous landscaped garden and salt water swimming pool.
The living area is equipped with a flat screen television set, DStv and DVD player. This television is linked to two other sets in the house (dual PVR). The kitchen is open plan and leads onto the living and dining area. It is fully equipped with a gas stove, dual electric oven, fridge/freezer washing machine, tumble dryer, dish washer and microwave oven.
Four world class golf courses are within a 20 km radius of the house. Besides the beach attraction for walking, swimming, surfing, dolphin-watching and fishing, there are numerous attractions in the vicinity. Top class restaurants, quad-biking, zip-lining, a crocodile farm, animal farm, micro-lighting and shopping centres are close and it’s just a two hour drive to the Umfolozi and Hluhluwe Game Reserves.

The main bedroom en suite has fabulous seas views and a bath, shower and external shower in a Zen garden. The bed is a king-sized four poster bed with extra length and width. The second bedroom is a separate suite from the main house. It has a bathroom en suite with shower and king-sized bed. The third bedroom has a double bed and bathroom en-suite with a shower. The other two bedrooms have sea views and single beds with a shared bathroom (bath and shower). Security system and armed response, security camera and electric gate.
