Description
Berit Country Home and Chapel is situated 10 km south of Rustenburg on an agricultural holding of 2.9 hectares. The land is elevated and boasts a panoramic view of the Magalies Mountains. The buildings are surrounded by landscaped gardens proudly hosting more than 700 trees. There are also two established orchards consisting of citrus and two cultivars of pomegranates.Ostentatious and serene surroundings host our guests at Berit. Being far away from a hectic lifestyle, it serves as a place of peace and refuge. Guests can choose from eight spacious and luxurious rooms with lavish en-suite bathrooms. The rooms are decorated with oil paintings, Persian carpets and solid indigenous furniture that will be appreciated by astute guests. Flowing onto a verandah, the rooms give that homely feeling.
The chapel is a divine picture of grace, serenity and symbolism. The venue caters for 40 guests seated and standing cocktail events for up to 100 guests. We also offer a large lapa with a barbecue area, store room and bathroom - ideal for smaller informal functions. The electricity is backed up by a strong generator for peace of mind.
