The Dondi Lodge is your entry point to the Cape’s historical landmarks such as the 5 km Donkin Heritage Trail boasting some 47 sites of historical interest, and world-famous nature and game reserves such as Addo Elephant National Park and Kwantu Game Reserve.The lodge is situated in the historically enriched heart of Central Hill, Port Elizabeth. The area has recently received a complete facelift where many historical buildings have been restored, one of which being The Dondi Lodge. Parliament Street has been transformed into a place where people of all ages enjoy spending time in the many restaurants and coffee shops that grace the street. This is the perfect location to fully experience the beauty and history of the city.
Situated in the trendy heart of Port Elizabeth, the lodge is located close to the airport and minutes away from beautiful clean beaches and other amenities. In the immediate area you will find three theatres, one of which is the oldest in the country, and an assortment of antique shops, art galleries, and restaurants.
The lodge offers comfort for leisure travellers and business executives alike and comprises 18 rooms, five of which are luxury executive en-suite bedrooms. We also offer a room with paraplegic facilities to accommodate our disabled guests.
