Description
This fully equipped self-catering and self-service apartment can sleep up to a maximum of six persons. Families and children of all ages are welcome. The apartment is situated within walking distance from Kwik Spar, a liquor store, a pizza takeaway, a restaurant and a laundromat. The apartment is also situated within five minutes' drive of the beaches, shopping centres, Boardwalk Casino Complex, restaurants and family entertainment.The luxury lofted, two-bedroom apartment is situated on the second floor in a secure apartment complex with a private entrance. The lofted lounge features a double sleeper couch and a remote-controlled TV with selected DStv channels. The apartment comprises an open-plan kitchen and dining room, a queen-size bed in main bedroom, an en-suite with a shower, a second bedroom with two single beds, and a separate bathroom with a bath. A gas braai facility is available on the balcony. Guests have remote-controlled access to on-site parking bays.
Please note only persons quoted for are allowed to share the accommodation apartment. Should the booking be for one or two persons only the second bedroom will be locked. Bedding is only supplied for the sleeper couch when the apartment is booked for five or six persons.
Guest have to provide their own cleaning materials, food and toiletries. We do provide a limited quantity of cleaning materials and toiletries for each new guest arrival.
Guests are required to do their own cooking, dishes, cleaning of the apartment and making of the bed. We do not expect guest to make their beds on day of departure as we will be replacing the linen and towels with clean fresh linen and towels for new guest arrivals.
Fully equipped and we also supply towels, linen, crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils. There is no dishwasher or washing machine in the apartment.Request A Quote
