This delightful wooden home is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac within 100m from the famous beach in Kleinemonde, Eastern Cape South Africa. The house has a 200 degree sea and lagoons panoramic view at the front and a view of the mountains at the back. The house sleeps five people no children under the age of 5 years please. For hygienic reasons, we regret that no pets are allowed. Kleinemonde is in the heart of the Sunshine Coast and 15 km from Port Alfred on the road to East London. A public walkway next to the house provides easy access to the sea front.The house sleeps five people with a fully equipped kitchen, two TV with satellite viewing, a built-in safe, off-street parking, a local shop, petrol station and pub/restaurant all within a 10 minute walk. The living area has level access from the street and there is no stairs in the house and is therefore extremely friendly to disabled persons. With a beautiful sea view from the enclosed deck, lounge, dining area and two of the bedrooms, you will be able to enjoy House Purfikt and the beach at all times The beautiful enclosed deck and house 6m from the ground in the front, and level with the street at the back gives you the most incredible 200 degree view of the beach and two lagoons with total privacy.
The deck has windows which can be opened in good weather for those out-door feeling as well as a round table with seating for six to ensure a lovely venue for meals, or just to relax. A high resolution telescope provides good bird watching lie in bed in the main bedroom and look at the view. This spacious bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and TV for your convenience. The second bedroom, sleeping two, faces the mountain, and has an adjoining bathroom. The third bedroom sea facing sleeps one and has an extra door into the main bedroom, which makes it the ideal room for babies or an elderly person needing assistance during the night. If not needed for this purpose, simply keep the inter-leading door locked.
The lounge, with comfortable seating arrangements, dining room and kitchen are open plan. The lounge and main bedroom have TV, DVD player, CD player and satellite TV in. Playing cards and Board Games are also supplied for those rainy days. The kitchen is fully equipped with all modern electrical appliances, cleaning materials as well as crockery and cutlery for eight people. A build in reverse osmosis plant is installed for clean drinking water on tap.
Below is what we have to offer at the house: A litre of milk, fresh loaf of bread, two kinds of jams, margarine and cold water is in the fridge, ice cubes in the freezer just to get you started.
Enough of the following to last your whole stay: tea, coffee, sugar, cooking oil, tomato sauce, chutney, vinegar, salt, pepper, braai spices, worchester sauce, bovril, marmite, mustard and peanut butter (for the kid in all of us), serviettes, cling wrap, tin foil, paper towel, all cleaning materials, toilet paper and washing powder.
In the bathrooms we supply complimentary shampoo, body lotion, soap, shower gel, shower caps, sewing kit, cotton buds, cotton wool, nail file, disposable razor, contact lens holder, plasters, dental floss, tissues and all towels.
The kitchen is stocked with everything coffee filter, teapot, sandwich maker, electric mixer, electric frying pan & all the other pots, pans, dishes and even a garlic press. Complimentary uncapped Wi-Fi connection.Request A Quote
