Description
Southern Cross Beach House is a colonial-style home with wide verandahs, situated directly on Robberg Beach. The property offers magnificent views of the bay and the Outeniqua Mountains. The house is perfectly positioned to view the whales during winter and the dolphins all year round.We offer five en-suite bedrooms, a private guest lounge and a kitchen which have all been tastefully decorated in simple hues of white. While all of the rooms are on the ground floor and face onto the garden courtyard, they are close enough to to the sea to be able to hear the sounds of the surf. Private entrances, barbecue facilities, TVs, telephones and fax facilities ensure a relaxed holiday. Enjoy a morning swim or a walk along 5 km of unspoilt beach.

Room Types
Double (1)
This room( which we call "the study") is a cosy room with a gas fire place and standard double old style bed(extra length). We often use it for honeymooners as it is quieter than the others and has a small view of the sea. All bedrooms are on the ground floor.

Twin (2)
These rooms have twin beds which can be converted into king size beds. They have en-suite showers and a view onto the garden courtyard. While all the rooms are on the ground floor and face onto the garden courtyard they are close enough to the sea to be able to hear the sound of the surf - and in the winter even the whales when they are blowing nearby.

Queen (1)
This room has a queen size bed and full bathroom. It opens onto the verandah and overlooks the garden. All bedrooms are on the ground floor.

King size (1)
This is our largest room having a full size bathroom and space for a sleeper couch where one can either relax and view the TV or use the sleeper couch to accommodate children too young to have their own bedroom. This room also opens onto the garden courtyard.
