The main house comprises four large double bedrooms, two en-suites and a full family bathroom. The lounge, dining room and fully equipped designer kitchen have a wonderful flow to the outdoors, and a separate playroom, making it an ideal home for entertaining. There is a small office equipped with Wi-Fi ADSL. The accommodation includes a fully furnished and equipped flat, complete with an open-plan kitchen, dining and lounge area and a large bedroom with an en-suite bathroom.
The playroom has double doors that open onto the garden with a lovely tree house in the large Brazilian pepper tree, and a basketball hoop. The pool is secured by sliding gates and there is a large built-in braai. The property is private and secure with remote access at all entrances, alarm and 24-hour armed response.
The house is equipped with dual view DStv with a second TV in the kids lounge. There are three garages with automated doors, which lead directly into the house. There is an exterior H20 Big Blue whole house filter, and a second under-sink filter on its own tap and bowl.
