George Airport is approximately 100 km away and it has direct access to both Cape Town and Johannesburg International Airports. The golf estate is located on the banks of the Keurboom Lagoon. Lookout Beach, Plettenbery Bay town and Main Beach are all a five-minutes drive from the property.
Apart from the 18-hole Gary Player designed golf course, other facilities at Goose Valley include the Linga Longa Restaurant located at the clubhouse, two tennis courts and a squash court. Residents have direct access to the lagoon, where boats can be moored during holiday season.
Plettenberg Bay town and beach are a mere 2 km away. The town has many attractions such as the Plettenberg Bay Golf Club, dolphin and whale watching, a shopping centre, banks, restaurants and the Robberg Nature Reserve. There are two great beaches within a 10-minute drive or a long walk around the lagoon. The old Lookout Beach is great for surfing and Main Beach is great for swimming.
