Utopia is set in a nature resort, please note that Utopia is neither a game lodge nor a pleasure or holiday resort. The units are Sectional Title. We offer basic self-catering accommodation in A-framed chalets, sleeping up to six guests each. Our river chalet is a thatched chalet and has a separate bedroom downstairs with 2 single beds, upstairs is an open plan room separated by the stair well. On the one side is 2 single beds, on the other side a queen size wrought iron bed. Accommodation is provided for up to 6 people.

Dam View (1)
Dam View can accommodate up to four guests, the upstairs bedroom has queen-size bed. Downstairs is open plan lounge, kitchen, private bathroom consisting of bath, basin and toilet, small separate bedroom with single bunk beds.
