Villa Paradysna is a luxury little freestanding villa, nicely decorated. Nestled in an indigenous private park (Narnia) which has lagoon view.1 minute drive to lagoon, 4 minutes to Knysna Centre, 10/12 minutes to sandy beaches of Lagoon or Indian Ocean and within 15 minutes to 3 famous golf courses!
Spacious living room quality furniture, TV, fire pot, sliding doors to lovely garden (BBQ). 2 Bedrooms/bathrooms. Sunny kitchen fully equipped (microwave/oven, coffee machine, dishwasher, washer, dryer) dining area and breakfast bar, as well as a sleeper couch.
Bedroom 1 has a Queen-bed with bathroom-en-suite (showercabin).
Bedroom 2 has two single beds plus bathroom with bathtub.
Both rooms have sliding doors to patios overlooking the park.
All one level, no stairs.
Our Private park, Narnia Village, offers a view on beautiful Knysna Lagoon, the famous Heads and even the waves of the Indian Ocean.
About ten other houses in the park and a good restaurant at walking distance (Knysna Hollow). No fences, no crime.
Surrounded by birds, nature and with view on a water pond, it is a true Paradise in Knysna.

It offers lots of sunlight through the church-like stained glass windows and high ceilings. It has two double bedrooms, each with a sliding door to back patios, one has a queen-size bed with en-suite bathroom shower cabin, toilet and washbasin, and the other room has two single beds, bathroom across the room with bathtub, toilet and washbasin. Lots of cabinets/storage space in the house. The Kitchen is sunny, large, and practical with a breakfast-bar and a dining corner. The spacious living has charming furniture, a fire pot, and a new comfortable couch/sleeper couch. When more than four guests; the sleeper couch is available R600 to R800 per supplemental guest per week, maximum of two guests. Sliding doors open to the back area. The terrace has nice wooden furniture, a sun-awning and looks out over the backyard and park. There is a new bird-watching/sundowner deck under the pine trees. House has an alarm, but the private park is quite secure by itself behind a remote-controlled gate. High season 2012: 16-01 thru 30/04 and 1/10 thru 14/12 R4900 per week. Oyster festival 2012: 6/7 thru 16/07 R4900 per week. Low Season 2012: 01/05 thru 30/9 R3900 per week. Honeymoon Special in low season when using only 1 bedroom. Special price is R2900 per week, not in combination with other Specials. Christmas-season 2012 and 2013: 15 December thru 15 January R6700 per week minimum stay.
