Sun Valley Place is a self-catering apartment situated on the beautiful Knysna Lagoon and set between palm trees and an exotic garden. It is private, well appointed and comfortable, accommodating up to four guests. Its unique location, elevated position and its complete separation from the main residence makes it perfectly suited for couples and honeymooners.The property is within walking distance of Knysna town centre and close to all amenities such as the lagoon ferries, shopping malls, restaurants, golf courses, the Knysna Quays and beaches. Sun Valley Place always welcomes guests with a complimentary tray of tea, coffee and biscuits. A basket of seasonal fruit also welcomes our booked guests on arrival. This is the ideal vacation venue for families who enjoy the water, boating and fishing. We are avid cyclists and we have lots of cyclists stay with us.
A boat can be moored on our floating jetty with prior arrangements and a double canoe is always available for our guests to use at their leisure. The large garden provides plenty of space for the children to play safely. Guests can bring fishing rods to fish from the jetty or from the shores of the lagoon.Request A Quote

The bedroom is sunny and it has a queen-size bed with quality linen and electric blankets for the cold winter nights. For the hot summer nights, a ceiling fan will keep you cool and comfortable. The room has a dressing table, side tables with side lamps, a hairdryer and a safe. The lounge has DStv, a DVD player and a VCR. It also has a portable CD and cassette player with a radio. The other guests can sleep in the lounge on the double bunk beds. It also has a ceiling fan for the hot summer days and a gas heater for the cold nights. The open-plan kitchenette is well equipped with stainless steel pots and pans, good quality cutlery and crockery and a microwave, toaster, fridge-freezer and stove with an oven. A dining nook separates the kitchen from the lounge area. The bathroom is luxurious with a bath, a shower and it has beautiful crystal bathroom accessories. The unit has a sun deck with magnificent views of the Knysna Lagoon. It is the ideal place to relax and enjoy the tranquility of the surroundings. It has patio chairs, a table and private barbecue facilities.
