The most famous attraction is the heads – two great sandstone cliffs standing guard at the mouth of the lagoon. Isinga Luxury Apartment is located in the heart of this renown town, on the sought after location of the Knysna Quays, allowing its guests easy access to some of the best gourmet restaurants, shopping experiences and scenery in Knysna.Isinga Luxury Apartment is the ideal self-catering base for the discerning traveler from which to explore South Africa’s favourite town. Isinga Luxury Apartment is a beautifully decorated two bedroom duplex in the Knysna Quays Complex. Up to a maximum of four people can be comfortably accommodated with full self-catering facilities on hand. Two of the three balconies offer magnificent views of the Knysna waterfront. The Apartment features a main bedroom, en suite with bath, queen size bed, underfloor heating and balcony overlooking the waterfront (linen and towels supplied). The second bedroom with two ¾ beds, underfloor heating and balcony (linen and towels supplied). A second bathroom with shower is available in the passageway. The Kitchen features microwave oven, stove, fridge, cutlery and crockery, toaster, kettle, washing machine and tumble drier. A comfortable lounge and dining room is also equipped with under floor heating, luxurious leather couches, DSTV television and dining room table. The lounge leads out onto a balcony – overlooking the waterfront - that features deck table and chairs, Webber braai (bbq).
There are many attractions in the surrounding area, the most spectacular being the Knysna forest. The forest is the largest indigenous forest in South Africa and comprises of tall local and exotic tree species of which some are many years old. The extensive forest is vast and dense in places making it almost impenetrable in certain places. Small antelope species can be found along with a large variety of birds, such as the famous Knysna Loerie.
