New Dawn Guest Annex (1)
Large suite with Queen size bed, en-suite bathroom with shower, under floor heating, mini-bar, tea & coffee making facilities. Situated on a separate property, across the road from the Jansen House Manor. It has its own private stairway and entrance. Full breakfast included in the price and offered in the main dining room of Jansen House Manor. No smoking.

Large Private Garden Suite (1)
This unit forms part of the separate garden cottage. Completely modern with stack doors leading to a very private garden (shaded by 100 year old Pepper tree). A semiprivate veggie/herb garden on the other side of the unit offers a relaxed atmosphere under a big, old tree. Tea and coffee, bar fridge, satellite TV, microwave, under floor heating, hairdryer and safe. No smoking.

Presidential Suite (1)
The grand, old, main bedroom of the house. Completely private with old sash windows facing the large back garden and huge old trees. Parquet wooden floors and high original ceilings. Tea and coffee, bar fridge, satellite TV, a hairdryer and safe. No smoking.

Sunny Garden Suite (1)
This unit forms part of the separate garden cottage. Completely modern with stack doors leading to a private garden with views of the large front garden. A sunny, bright and friendly room. Tea and coffee, bar fridge, satellite TV, microwave, under floor heating, a hairdryer and safe. No smoking.

"Milk" Room (1)
MAJOR REVAMP COMPLETED DURING MAY 2010. This unit used to be the old outside milking room. It is completely separate from the main house with a separate entrance. Although smaller it has an ‘old world charm’ to it with its original creaky wooden floors and is the only room situated in the large private front garden with huge 100 year old trees. However it has been totally remodelled and modernised during 2010. It now offers a brand new en-suite bathroom with underfloor heating. Large windows face the garden and offers total privacy. It has a thatch roof but from the inside, only the modern ceiling with low voltage down lighters can be seen. Plasma screen TV, Tea and coffee, mini bar, hairdryer and safe. No smoking allowed.
