Description

Sandkorrel is a north-facing, sun-bathed, true beachfront property located where the Indian Ocean and the Hartenbos Estuary meet. Guests will be thrilled by panoramic vistas enjoyed from indoors or from the private and sunny lawn area. Diverse scenic features include the blue ocean, Outeniqua Mountains, white beaches, and the rich birdlife that the beautiful Hartenbos Estuary offers. Enjoy the second most moderate coastal climate in the world.

The house can sleep up to five guests in three bedrooms. The main bedroom features a sea view, a sliding door onto the Pergola, a queen-size bed, full en-suite bathroom, walk-in closet, heated towel rails, and a dressing table. The second bedroom has a single bed, an en-suite bathroom with a bath and heated towel rail and a desk table, while the third bedroom has a double bed, an en-suite bathroom with a shower, and a writing desk. Bedding is provided, but guests are requested to please bring along their own towels. An optional cleaning service can be arranged on prior arrangement if required.

The kitchen is equipped with a modern glass-top hob and oven, a convection microwave oven, and a scullery with a twin basin sink, water filter, dishwasher and tumble dryer. The bench dining table seats eight to 10 people and the lounge also boasts sea views, with a sliding door onto the Pergola, a TV, two three-seater couches, two single-chairs, and a coffee table. The patio offers a bench table and the garden has an outdoor open barbecue area. Four paddling boats can also be provided that can be used at your guests' own risk; no life jackets are available.Request A Quote
