A Mediterranean style villa set in the cooler hills of Assagay, above Durban. We welcome business and leisure travellers with warm hospitality, generous comfort and friendly, efficient service. We have 6 rooms which include 3 individually decorated double en suite bedrooms, a luxury honeymoon suite, spacious family room and a small self catering unit. All rooms have TV, hairdryer, tea / coffee and complimentary toiletries. Spacious lounges, a cosy bar, private courtyard with a tranquil pool and a quiet reading room are there for your enjoyment. Use of a well equipped business centre is also available on request. A full English breakfast is served daily in the elegant, relaxing dining room. We host business and recreational functions. Our air-conditioned functions room accommodates up to 60 guests, with media projector, flip chart, whiteboards etc. A small library, business facilities, toilets and breakaway areas are adjacent. Spacious dining bar and lounging areas are for our guests comfort and use. A wonderful selection of activities and interests define the area as a major tourist attraction. Double Rooms (5)
Our double rooms are well appointed and attractively furnished. One is a large, luxurious 'honeymooners' room with a private patio. The others are smaller, but very comfortable, all with en suites, Tea and Coffee Trays and TV's. One of the rooms is a small semi-self catering with a private entrance. All the twin beds are able to be converted to king beds.

Family Room (Sleeps 2 Adults/2 Children) (1)
Our family room is spacious, but cosily decorated in a country theme. It has a full family bathroom and a private patio. Children under 4 stay free and between 4yrs and 12 pay only half prize. Over 12 yrs pay full prize.

Self catering (Sleeps 4) (1)
A well appointed, light, airy penthouse flat. It has a galley kitchen, open plan dining, living area with small veranda. A sleeping alcove has 2 single beds. The bedroom has a queen bed and ample wardrobe space with an en suite bathroom.

Budget room (1)
This self catering unit is a bachelor unit. It sleeps 2 and is open plan. It has a TV, wardrobe and a small bathroom. It has a private entrance, but is also open to the courtyard with access to the B&B pool, lounges and dining room.

Honeymoon Suite (1)
The honeymoon suite is a delightful room on the first floor. It has its its own entrance via the outside staircase and balcony. There is a large bathroom with spa bath (big enough for 2) Only a teaspoon of foam is needed or you will end up feeling like you are in a cup of Capaccino. There will be welcoming Champagne, fruit and sweet bowl. Candal light and floral petals complete the abianace for the romantic evening. You will love it, as will your partner. The effect is even better if you can keep it a secret!
