Homington Cottage lies in the Noordhoek Valley overlooking the shores of the Atlantic and scenic mountain views, some 30 km from Cape Town. It is a minutes away from the breathtaking Noordhoek 7 km long beach at the foot of Chapman's Peak Drive.

The cottage has four bedrooms with two double beds and four single beds. There are two bathrooms with wash basins, showers and toilet. It has a fully-equipped kitchen with free standing stove, microwave, fridge/freezer and all the glassware, crockery, cutlery and cooking equipment a family would require. The dining room and lounge with satellite TV leads onto an entertainment patio. Linen and bath towels are provided. There is a washing machine and wash line, swimming pool with fencing and a braai area adjacent to the pool area.

There is also a prepaid Telkom phone. Prepaid vouchers are available from Telkom nearby. Free wireless internet access is available to all guests. The cottage is serviced once a week, additional service available on request. Vehicles are parked on the property behind the security gates.
