In one of the most beautiful and unspoilt settings in Cape Town, Kommetjie’s Long Beach is a stretch of over 5 km of white sand with waves popular with the surfing fraternity and a reputation for crawfishing. The Kommetjie beach also has a protected tidal pool perfect for toddlers and is peaceful, even during peak season.
Kommetjie is self-sufficient, but there is a shopping centre at Long Beach Mall close by.
