Friedman House is a peaceful and spacious self-catering holiday home located in the upmarket area of Hout Bay with open-plan living and an easy flow to all living areas.There is a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast counter that can seat five and a separate laundry room and drying area. There is a spacious and comfortable lounge area with a television, music system and a fireplace.
Large sliding doors from the living area, the second bedroom and the play room all lead onto the sparkling solar-heated pool, with a pool slide for children and a safety net. The house is well designed for maximum shelter from the summer winds. There is a covered outdoor dining area with barbecue facilities, sun beds and complete privacy in the secluded garden with big trees and beautiful views.

The Villa has three bedrooms, two of which are en-suite, and one family shared bathroom. The master bedroom is equipped with a queen-size bed, dressing table, bedside lamps, ample cupboard space and quality linen with sliding doors leading onto a balcony with sea and mountain views. The second bedroom is equipped with a queen-size bed, walk-in dressing room, a built-in vanity table and sliding doors leading onto the pool area and beautiful private garden. The third bedroom has two single beds, ideal for children and suitable for adults as well.
