The house offers four double bedrooms, all with superior linen. The spacious main bedroom, with queen-size bed, is air-conditioned and has mountain and garden views with sliding doors onto the patio. The large, luxurious en-suite bathroom has shower, bath, double basins, toilet and bidet. The two double bedrooms both have twin beds, superior linen and towels and share a large full bathroom. The fourth bedroom with double bed has a separate entrance from the courtyard and an en-suite shower bathroom. The lounge sliding doors open onto a private patio with mountain views and guests can enjoy the swimming pool, which is set in the beautifully manicured garden. The open plan family room/dining room opens onto an enclosed private courtyard, ideal for lazy breakfasts or discreet sun tanning. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, fridge-freezer, stove, iron, coffee machine and all small appliances. There is a secure double garage with automated door and direct access to the house.
