Self-catering studio apartment, in Greenpoint, Cape Town. Minutes walk from the V & A Waterfront. Conveniently situated near the Green Point Stadium.In close proximity of the Cape Town International Convention Centre. Close to restaurants, bars, beaches and the City Centre.
The apartment is non smoking.
Open parking bay which is secured by way of a remote control gate. Security guard is on duty seven days a week. There is also a safe in the room.
Sleeps two adults, and the sleeper couch can be utilised as additional space for a child. From the balcony you can view the harbour on one side and Signal Hill on the other.

Self-catering Apartment (1)
The luxury apartment has one open-plan room with a queen-size bed, as well as a double sleeper couch where a child can be put to bed. All linen and towels are provided. The living area is fully equipped with a DVD player, mini Hi-Fi and TV with SABC channels and E-TV. An iron and ironing board is also available. The bathroom is fitted with a bath and shower. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering, including the microwave, oven with two plates, fridge, toaster, kitchen utensils, pots and pans. We do not have a daily cleaning facility, but we do provide cleaning materials for your stay. Our minimum stay is normally five nights, but depends on time of year. Please enquire.
