Description
Albany House is very well located only 5 mins walk from the beach front and close to the famous V and A Waterfront. The Guesthouse has only five double rooms all with private shower/toilet and wash basin. The pool is located at the back of the house with a sunny private sun deck.The front house has a small garden which leads on to the stoop of the house which is ideal to relax and watch the world go by. Free wireless internet is available to guests.
There are many restaurants within ten mins walk from the guesthouse some 24 hours, breakfast can be arranged at the guesthouse for an additional R35 per head the evening before.Request A Quote

The room has its own entrance from the front of the house with a private balcony and seating area to watch the world go by and feel the friendly and viby atomsphere that Sea point has become again. The room offers a lounge area and fireplace for the odd cold night if your out of season. A private internal door willl take you to the kitchen and to the pool area.

Double bed, ensuite shower area and toilet ( the original one and only bathroom in this victorian house which happens to be the biggest in area) entrance from the pool terrece. Its a quiet and private room.

This is a very popular spacious room at the front of the house so over looks the front garden which is an added bonus as most guests use the back of the house so its your secret garden.
