Villa Atlantica can offer you the comfort, convenience and warm homely atmosphere of a fully equipped private villa in Cape Town's most desirable areas, Camps Bay. This extremely spacious,well appointed and luxurious self-catering villa is fully air-conditioned.We have six large modern bedrooms each en-suite with satellite TV, safe and access to free wireless internet. Each room opens up onto a spacious balcony with exceptional Mountain or Sea views. Four bedrooms have double spa baths. Our warm and inviting living area comprises of a large open plan lounge and dining room leading onto a large patio with panoramic sea views. You can take in the breath-taking views while enjoying a barbeque on the patio, which overlooks the private and peaceful ,very large solar heated pool. As a guest you will also have access to a fully equipped kitchen with all necessary appliances including dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. There is also a fax machine and DVD player at your disposal. The Villa is serviced 7 days a week by friendly and trustworthy cleaning staff. We offer complimentary breakfast meal vouchers,washing and ironing.
We are situated in a quiet a safe area and are protected by a state of the art electronic security system which surrounds the villa. Newly built luxury villa in Camps Bay, rated 4 Star +, villa can be rented as 5 or 6 Bedrooms, as there is a separate self contained suite, so it can accommodate 10 to 12 guests; there are 5 luxury en-suite bedrooms, 4 with Jacuzzi spa baths; all bedrooms are air-conditioned with their own bathrooms, TV sets with satellite reception, telephone, wireless broadband, maid service 6 days/ week and all have views of either the mountains or the sea. This Cape Town accommodation is ideal for large groups who want luxury at affordable rates. Only 1 KM from Camps Bay beach with all its amenities and entertainment.

Our luxury en-suite studio bedroom with king-size bed, is mountain-facing, with your own private entrance, kitchenette, DSTV, safe, air-conditioner, heater, wireless Internet and security. In addition there are sliding glass doors which lead out into a court-yard/private garden with barbecue facilities. We are only one km from the Camps Bay beachfront, and two minutes walk from a deli and restaurant. Our rate includes all taxes and your room will be serviced daily.
