Villa Avianto is situated 4 kilometers from the N1, west from Bloemfontein, and two kilometers from the N8 on the Petrusburg Road in the Free State.

Christo and Suretha Van Heerden welcome you to their own slice of Provence in the heart of the Free State. Situated on a five hectare estate on a hillside, Villa Avianto offers a unique Tuscan ambience with formal gardens and fountains blending seamlessly with the surrounding environment. Here you can escape from the everyday hustle in relaxed comfort, and take long walks in a safe environment.

Two luxurious self-catering suites will enthrall the traveller on arrival. Each unit boasts an en-suite bathroom, as well as selected DStv and air-conditioning.

The Lavender Suite forms part of the main villa and opens onto a peaceful, private verandah near the swimming pool, offering a beautiful vista of the surrounding terrain and valley. Enjoy a breathtaking African sunset on the deck overlooking the swimming pool terrace, and become one with nature.

The Rosemary Suite is separate from the main villa nestling high against the hillside. Be enchanted by the unequalled view of the surroundings and landscape from the verandah. All bird lovers will be enthralled with the variety of warbling. Light a fire in the private barbecue facilities and experience the wonder of a perfect sunset.

Le Petite Paradiso is our own touch farm. Wander around on the extensive estate, admire the graceful swans on the pond, play a game of tennis, or just relax while the children play on the playground with swings, a see-saw, merry-go-round, and much more. Children will be enchanted by the real farm animals such as donkeys, a pony, pot-belly pigs, chickens, rabbits, ducks, and geese, and at sunset they can help feed the animals.

The estate is completely surrounded by an electrified fence and entry is only possible via the main entrance. Secure parking is also available near your suite. Being situated outside the city in a low crime area, means that you can have real peace of mind and have a pleasant, serene stay with us.

Villa Avianto also offers the romantic Senanque-chapel for weddings, getaway conference facilities, meetings, and special functions such as birthdays and anniversaries. The Senanque-chapel can accommodate 100 people cinema-style, or 60 people seated for banqueting.Request A Quote
