Duinerus Self Catering Accommodation is a cosy, luxurious and comfortable Guest house that is situated conveniently close to the N1 in a quiet, up market suburb of Universitas Ridge in Bloemfontein.Duinerus offers you excellent self-catering accommodation in three twin rooms or one family room. Our luxurious twin rooms each have en-suite bathroom with two single beds. Our bathrooms are adapted to support people with assisted living needs and a certain level of physical disability. Each room has TV with SABC, M-Net and selected DStv channels and each guest has has a separate personal fridge in the kitchen.
Our top of the class family unit/business suite has a bedroom, bathroom, lounge and semi self-catering kitchen. The unit is equipped with a double and single bed, but can accommodate five people if needed. Ingredients for a self-help continental breakfast, cereals, milk, yogurt and juice is automatically included.
All our rooms offer affordable accommodation well suited for business travellers, tourists, hospital visitors or sport/culture loving guests who want to enjoy a fun-filled weekend in our friendly city alike. Braai facilities and secure undercover off street parking is available. We are close to the UFS, major Sporting venues, Shopping Malls as well as Universitas, Medi-Clinic and Bloemcare Hospitals.

Twin Rooms - Single beds (3)
2 Single beds in each room. Each room has en suite bathroom - two with shower and one with shower over bath. All rooms are equipped with TV (SABC, DSTV select), fan/heater & tea/coffee tray. There is ample space for hanging clothes, a chest of drawers, desk and chair. Rooms share a fully equipped self catering communal kitchen. Each room has its own separate fridge in the kitchen. Ingredients for self-help continental breakfast is provided at no extra cost. Serviced daily.

Family Room (1)
This Room has a double bed and single bunk-bed best suitable for children or small adults, en-suite bathroom with shower only, built-in cupboard, desk and private outside door. When not in use bunk-bed serves as couch. The unit has a small fully equipped semi self-catering kitchenette with breakfast nook, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster and more. Ingredients for a self-help continental breakfast is available at no extra cost. The TV provides local SABC as well as DStv select channels and is serviced daily. Cary Cot available on request.

Double Room (1)
This Room has two single beds and can be converted in to double bed with en-suite bathroom shower only, outside entrance, built-in cupboard, desk and chair. The unit is semi-self-catering and fully equipped with kitchenette and breakfast nook with fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster and more. Carry cot available on request. The TV provides local SABC as well as DStv select channels. The room can be converted into a Twin Room when needed and is serviced daily.

Family Flat (1)
The family flat has three twin bedrooms each with en-suite bathroom and fully equipped self-catering kitchen. One bedroom has a double bed and the other two has two single beds each. Each room has a TV SABC and DStv select, fan and tea and coffee-making facilities. One bathroom has a bath and the other two has a shower. The flat is well suitable for families and small groups that like to enjoy breakfast or be social together. Braai facilities available and is serviced daily.
