Description
Alvaria has gracious old-world charm, it was build in 1889 and is in the elite Innes Avenue with round the clock security. There is safe parking on the property.It's 7 kilometers off the N1 and 10 minutes from the University, large shopping center and Town. A smaller shopping center with a selection of restaurants is within walking distance of Alvaria.
There are three spacious rooms with on suit bathrooms. Guests have the choice of self-catering or enjoying a full English breakfast. An evening meal is available on request.
There are two very pleasant reception rooms and a large verandah, all at the guest’s disposal. Tea and coffee is available in the rooms as well as TV with M-Net. All the beds have electric blankets in the winter and a large fire is made in the lounge. There is a beautiful garden with huge trees and a selection of bird life.

Pink Room (1)
The Pink Room has its own sitting room /kitchenet a sliding door opening out on a large garden. There is underfloor heating and a charming bathroom. Due to the size of the room it is ideal for families with a double bed or twin beds as prefered. There is a microwave and fridge in the room. All the bedrooms have fans and electric blankets. There is a street watch and safe parking. Each room has its own outside door. There are facilities for making tea and coffee and DSTV. The Pink Room is also a self catering room
